Hand-wash with mild soap and warm water immediately after use — never soak in water or put in the dishwasher. Dry it upright or flat. Once a month, apply food-grade mineral oil generously and let it soak in overnight. This keeps the wood hydrated, prevents cracking, and maintains the beautiful finish for years.

Yes, we ship pan-India. Delivery within Pune is free for orders above ₹2,000. For outstation orders, we carefully pack each item and ship via trusted courier services. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination. Heavy furniture items may be shipped on transport basis — we'll discuss the best option with you.
Yes, all kitchen items such as cutting boards, serving trays and platters are finished exclusively with food-grade mineral oil or natural teak oil. These finishes are completely safe for direct food contact. Furniture items use lacquer or Danish oil finishes. We never use synthetic or toxic varnishes on any kitchen products.
We inspect every product before dispatch and pack carefully to prevent damage. However, if your item arrives with any defect or damage during transit, please WhatsApp us a photo within 48 hours of receiving it. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no charge. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Wipe furniture with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent drying and cracking. Apply furniture polish or linseed oil once every 3–6 months to maintain the finish and natural lustre. Protect from standing water — always use coasters.
Yes! We welcome visitors to our workshop in Bavdhan, Pune. You can see ongoing work, touch and feel different wood types, and discuss your requirements in person.
